All sticks have a 30 day warranty. Our extended warranty program is available for an additional cost.
Returns are accepted on unaltered (cuts, tape, chips, etc.) sticks 30 days after purchase.
Where are your products made?
We manufacture at the same facilities as many of the other traditional big brands.
Most factories are located in Asia, but we have locations across the globe.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders sent in 1-2 days then shipped through UPS in 1-3 business days
